This week, mami is giving away an Arbonne RE9 Advanced travel set worth £115!
When mami was asked to review Arbonne's pure Swiss botanical skincare range by Diane Ellis who is a Personal Stylist and Independent Consultant with Arbonne she of course took the task very seriously. She is a pro after all.
So sit back and check out the video to see what mami thinks of Arbonne and make sure to follow the rules to win.
You can also pop over to http://www.dianeellis.co.uk/ and click on "Diane Recommends" to obtain a 20% discount on all products. You can also email diane@dianeellis.co.uk for more info on the amazing Arbonne range. You won't be sorry!
And if you are a man like me, and you don't really care much for this stuff, why not read about my day at the Discover Dogs Show? But I do have a Baby Arbonne giveaway coming soon, so stay tuned!

¡Buena suerte!
Congratulations to @kahanka
If you're on a tight budget and you're skin is looking a little dry and could do with some extra moisture, slap on (well maybe a little more delicately), natural yoghurt. Put on a thin layer then layer it up and leave for about 20 minutes then just rinse with warm water. It really helps brighten up your skin :)
ReplyDeleteI'm following your blog and both you and Diane on Twitter (@Heavenly_Charm)
Thank you for the competition!
Excellent! that is a good one :)
ReplyDeleteHave subscribed to the blog, and followed both Twitter accounts.
ReplyDeleteMy tip is to leave face wipes next to your bed whenever you go on a night out if you expect to be in late - you're far more likely to remove your makeup however tired and tipsy you are if you can do it while sat in bed!
A foolproof and cheap way to deal with oily skin and outbreaks is to buy two avocados a week, one you eat it calms the oil from within, I make it into guacamole so its tasty.
ReplyDeleteUse the other one as a facemask again once a week, tip from my mum.
I follow the blog, already following you on Twitter and now following Diane. @Jo_Bryan
OK I have done 1 to 3!
ReplyDeleteMy beauty tip is always remove your make up no matter what time it is!
remove your make up all the time regardless
ReplyDeletehave done 1-3 and 4
ReplyDeleteFollow both on Twitter @wendymcd83

My tip is simply to drink water...it hydrates the skin and is the easiest but most important thing you can do to keep your skin looking young and fresh....and I agree with the removing of make-up everynight comments too!!
Steps 1-3 done.
ReplyDeleteMy tip for full, bee-stung, kissable lips without the botox: Brush your lips with a damp toothbrush (dont do this if they are very chapped and dry!). Slap on loads of intense mouisurier or lip salve (the best one is Elizabeth Arden 8 hr cream, but its pricey, so a good lip salve works instead). Try and do this well before going out, leaving it on for at least an hour. Wipe off with damp cotton wool, give lips another quick light brush with the toothbrush, then apply a natural lipgloss.
Mwah!
@missielizzieb
What a fab comp!
ReplyDeleteI already follow you on twitter and your blog and I'm following Diane now too.
My tip would be Oats...They are a great natural exfoliant. You simply take a pinch of oats and with a bit of water rub them gently over your face in small circles. You can do this all over your body but can get a bit messy so I tend to stick to just the face :-)
@MummysShoes x
these tips are amazing! Thanks Liz and Carly :)
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion is an egg and honey face mask ( sounds odd I know lol) that has been passed down from the family by my nanna. It's a great moisturiser and really tightens and cleanses the skin.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone would like the instuctions just tweet me @daisybeebee
Love the comp and the great ideas x
Have done 1-3
ReplyDeleteMy mothers' tip was to always remove makeup before going to bed!
I'm following your blog and both you and Diane on Twitter @emmacella
ReplyDeleteI have done 1-2-3 @Kahanka
ReplyDeleteMy beauty tip would be to use 2 slices of cucumber for tired eyes ;)))
Thanks Maria for such a great giveaway, finally somethig for mummies too!
Done them all :D
ReplyDeleteBeauty tip? Facial wipes. They are a lifesaver if you dont have time for cleansing/toning/moisturising etc as they give your skin a freshen up in just one quick thang.
Followed on twitter (bev_metallica)
ReplyDeleteMy tip is baby wipes. Make-up removal or other skin wipes tend to be quite heavy on chemicals. Babyh wipes are usually natural, and if you really want that tightening effect, keep them in the fridge for an instant pore-shrinking, wake=up effect.
My beauty tip is simple - smile :)
ReplyDeleteA smile lights up a face more effectively than any amount of product, treatments or make up.
Follow your blog and both twitter accounts xx
@PaulaHaylock
Have done 1-2-3!
ReplyDeleteMy top beauty tip is always have some dry shampoo in the house! It's a must have for new mums with little time on their hands! Failing that you can always go old school and use a little talcum powder to jush it up!
(@second_time_mum)
Done 1-3. @Sweetbecci
ReplyDeleteWater is the key to great looking skin 1.5 - 2 litres a day should do it x
Done 1,2 and 3.
ReplyDeleteMy beauty tip is something called Frownies. They are adesive paper pads for use on forehead and between the eyes. They have all the benefits of Botox but none of the risk or cost. They've been on the go for over 100 years and they are considered Hollywood's beauty secret. They are made in the USA but you can buy them from Amazon and even from Ebay. (BTW this is not a sponsored comment, just my tip about something that works!). Ciao. Antonella
Steps 1-3 done. @maisietoo
ReplyDeleteMy mother taught me how to keep my teeth looking brighter and less dingy. Twice a week, dip your toothbrush in lemon juice, then table salt and brush as usual. Rinse thoroughly. Works a treat!
I'm a follower of you!
ReplyDeleteMy tip is to drink a shed load of water every day and to only wear facial make up as a special treat so as not to clog your pores.
Yay - fabby prize! I have done 1-3! The tip my mum told me was not to use water that is too hot or too cold on your face - tepid water is best to keep the moisture!! Have enjoyed reading everyone's tips!
ReplyDeleteI've done all the required thingamajigs and my beauty tip would be to skip the makeup unless it's *really* necessary! Your skin will thank you for it when you get older!
ReplyDelete@superluckydi
Hi
ReplyDeleteI already follow you am now following Diane, and am trying to see how to follow your blog but read it all the time anyway?
My tip to reduce puffy eyes, make yourself a cup of tea and dip in two tea bags, once they've lost the very hot heat, lie down and pop both on your eyes for 10 minutes, very relaxing and reduces any puffiness and red.
I'm @Neptune808 on twitter!

Excellent! that is a good one
ReplyDeletedone 1 to 3 my twitter name is @twinklenicci
ReplyDeletemy tip is always moisturise and baby oil is fab for taking waterproof eye make up off
Drink 8 glasses of water a day and take enough of sleep.
ReplyDeleteAfter coming back home remove make up. Choose a good quality cleaner .After cleansing always remember to use moisturizer on the face.

ReplyDeleteFine a good cleansing routine that works for you and is quick so that you're not tempted to miss it out.

I great emergency remedy for tired looking hands is to mix castar sugar with a little olive oil and massage the mixture into both hands. Rince, dry thoroughly and then apply usual handcream.
ReplyDeleteMy mum always told me to rince soap off my face with cold water because this opens the pores and make you look healthy and refreshed in the morning.
I am following the blog and have done all the twitter jobs!
@annieanna24
I've done 1-3. My tip is 8 hours sleep a night - an oldie but a goodie!
ReplyDeleteMy tip is drink water and then drink some more!
ReplyDeleteI have completed steps 1-3 too. x
My tip is to use Vaseline for anything and everything - its cheap and works. Have done 1-3 but I cannot follow you as I have been blocked (don't know why) @FlorrieFloyd. Does my entry still count?
ReplyDeleteHi, I am following you both, googled connected too and have retweeted.
ReplyDeleteI know it's boring, but drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, it really helps to keep the skin looking brighter, my oh used to have lots of spots until he met me, I got on a good wholesome diet and his skin is so much better.

Following you already on the blog and twitter and hello to Di! I am @superamazingmum and would LOVE to win the Arbonne set. My tip is bright red lipstick. It doesn't matter what make but if you are tired/hungover/feeling bad it is a surefire way to bribghten up your face as people tend to notice the lips first. There is a red out there for everyone - guaranteed to work!

My tip is to leave a bowl of waternear your bed in Winter as central heating can dry out skin. I find I wake up with my skin feeling nourished!
Great for hair too!
